About Us

Dental Sleep Medicine Partners (DSMP) is a sleep-medicine practice dedicated to helping patients navigate obstructive sleep apnea care quickly and seamlessly. We offer a patient-centered approach to managing obstructive sleep apnea through expedited medical evaluations, diagnostic testing, and headache free insurance authorizations. We take pride in our forward-thinking approach to managing sleep apnea offering reliable alternatives to traditional CPAP devices.
We understand that many patients struggle with CPAP therapy or are hesitant to pursue invasive surgical options that deliver variable results. As a solution, DSMP has fostered relationships with trusted dental sleep experts to provide a more modern approach to managing sleep apnea. For qualified individuals, a mandibular advancement device (MAD) -custom made by a trained dentist-can be a highly effective, comfortable, and portable solution to a better night’s sleep. Prior to DSMP, the use of these devices has been limited by the unnecessary hassle of navigating medical evaluations, scheduling diagnostic testing, and fighting insurance claims. We offer our patients and dental sleep experts a solution to this problem.
Our board-certified sleep medicine physicians partner directly with dentists to provide expedited OSA evaluations, streamlined diagnostic testing, and complete medical documentation and insurance authorization for oral appliance therapy. When a dentist identifies a patient who may benefit from a MAD, they simply refer the patient to DSMP.
We take care of the entire medical process-from evaluation to insurance approval-then return the patient to the dentist for appliance fitting and follow-up care.
Whether you are a patient looking for a comfortable alternative to CPAP or a dentist seeking a trusted medical partner, DSMP delivers a coordinated, patient-centered experience. Our approach reduces wait times, eliminates unnecessary barriers, and ensures that qualified patients receive timely access to life-changing sleep apnea treatment. At DSMP, we believe better sleep leads to better health, better mood, and a better life.
Better Sleep. Better Life.

Dr. Collin Clay, MD

President, DSMP

Board-certified in Sleep Medicine & Internal Medicine

Dr. Collin Clay is a board-certified sleep medicine physician and the President of Dental Sleep Medicine Partners (DSMP). A veteran of the United States Air Force, Dr. Clay spent his military career caring for service members and leading high-performing medical teams. He served as the Flight Commander for Medical Specialties at Wilford Hall, where he oversaw multiple clinical services, advanced patient care initiatives, and earned the Meritorious Service Medal for his leadership and contributions.

Trained in Internal Medicine and Sleep Medicine, Dr. Clay has a decade of clinical experience and has devoted the past four years exclusively to treating sleep disorders within the military health system. During this time, he also served as core faculty for the Air Force Sleep Medicine Fellowship, helping train the next generation of sleep physicians. His clinical interests focus on obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and improving access to effective alternatives for patients who struggle with CPAP, including custom dental sleep appliances.

Dr. Clay founded DSMP after seeing firsthand how fragmented and frustrating the OSA treatment pathway can be for both patients and dental professionals. He recognized an opportunity to create a more efficient, patient-centered process—one that combines medical expertise, streamlined evaluations, and rapid insurance authorization to help people get the care they need without unnecessary delays. His motivation is simple: to help people breathe easier, sleep better, and live healthier lives.

Outside of work, Dr. Clay is an avid aviation enthusiast and holds a private pilot’s license. He enjoys spending time with his dog, relaxing on the lake, and exploring the best food and entertainment San Antonio has to offer. His warm, approachable style puts patients at ease, and his passion for sleep medicine shines through in every interaction. Dr. Clay brings together the discipline of military service, the compassion of a dedicated physician, and the vision of an innovator—making him a trusted partner for patients, dentists, and the community.

Dr. Miles Campbell, DO

Board-certified in Internal Medicine

Specialities- Sleep Medicine

Dr. Miles Campbell is a compassionate Sleep Medicine physician dedicated to helping patients improve their sleep, health, and overall quality of life. He graduated from Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2020 and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Landmark Medical Center in Rhode Island in 2023.

Before joining DSMP, Dr. Campbell served as an Internal Medicine physician in the United States Air Force, where he was also core faculty for the Internal Medicine residency program. During his service, he strengthened his commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care and developed a deep appreciation for the role sleep plays in long-term health. As an Internal Medicine physician caring for patients with complex medical conditions, he saw firsthand how profoundly sleep affects overall health, chronic disease management, and treatment outcomes. This insight inspired his passion for diagnosing and treating sleep disorders and ultimately led him to pursue advanced fellowship training in Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Campbell works closely with patients and dental professionals to create personalized treatment plans, including sleep testing, CPAP therapy, and oral appliance therapy for snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. He was drawn to DSMP’s innovative rapid-turnaround model, which enables patients to be diagnosed and treated within days instead of the long delays common in traditional sleep-medicine workflows. He is known for his warm, approachable manner and his clear, educational approach to helping patients understand their sleep health and how good sleep affects their overall wellbeing.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Campbell enjoys cooking, exercise, baseball, and the performing arts.
